Shipping and Order Policy

Before completing your purchase, please carefully review and confirm that all shipping information is accurate, including your full name, shipping address, and contact details. Once an order is submitted, it cannot be modified, canceled, or redirected.

Planet Sneakers is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer at checkout. Additionally, we are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs after the item has been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Orders typically require 5–7 business days for processing before shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method.


Returns and Exchanges

All sales at Planet Sneakers are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been processed.

Exchanges may be possible only for the same product in a different size, and only if the requested size is available in stock. To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with packaging intact to be eligible for an exchange.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with size exchanges, unless the item received was incorrect due to our error.
